The following options are available:
| Paper size group box: |
|
| Size | Sets the size of paper used by the printer. Auto (default),
recognizes the paper automatically on most printers. You can choose other
available paper sizes from the list. For paper sizes not on the list, select
Custom and then enter the paper dimensions under Custom size. Changing this setting will change the size of the paper used for the printout. |
| Margins group box: | |
| Margins | Sets the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom page margins using the units specified
under Units. The margin values actually used may be
constrained by what your printer supports. |
| Orientation group box: | |
| Orientation | Formats the page in portrait or landscape mode. Auto (default)
determines the orientation that fits the image on the page with most printers. Portrait formats
the page to fit a page of paper with vertical orientation. Landscape
formats a page to fit the page sideways. Changing this setting will change the orientation of the printout. |
| Units of measurement group box: |
|
| Units of measurement | Sets the units used for page margins and custom page size. The values
are Inches and Millimeters. |
| The following buttons are available: | |
| Page options | Click the Page options button to open the Page options dialog box. |
| OK | Click the OK button to exit the dialog box and save the changes you have made. |
| Cancel | Click the Cancel button to exit the dialog box without applying any changes. The Cancel button also cancels any changes you have made in the dialog box. |
| Defaults | Click the Defaults button to reset the items in the dialog box to their default settings. This removes any changes you have made. |
| Help | Click the Help button to display the online help for the dialog box. |
